In the unlikely event you are not satisfied we offer a 14-day returns policy on all products other than our Face Masks and other products , as we will specify due to their nature.
Queries and Returns: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery of your order as it is our policy to authorise any returns. You must log your query via our Contact Us Form. We will issue you with a Return Authorisation. We cannot accept any returns unless they have been authorised by us.
We will accept returned merchandise provided it is in the same condition as you received it with the original packaging and, it has not been opened or any security seals broken. A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s value is payable for all items returned unless the item is faulty or damaged in which case no restocking fee is payable.
In the unlikely event of your goods arriving damaged, you must notify us within 4 days of delivery via our Contact Us Form.
We do not accept returns on sale items except where required by law.
How to Return Products
Please complete our Contact Us Form with your reason for returning an item. We will then issue you a Return Authorisation confirmation. You must enclose this with your return.
We cannot accept returns which we have not authorised. When posting your return please retain proof of postage in the event your package is not received by us. We cannot take responsibility for, or process refunds/replacements for items we do not receive.
Please ensure you use sturdy packaging when returning any item to ensure it is not damaged on its way back to us. We will accept returned merchandise provided it is in the same condition as you received it with the original packaging and it has not been opened or any security seals broken. Also, include your original packing slip/Invoice so we know who it is from!
We cannot refund individual items purchased through a set. All items in the set must be returned to obtain a refund.
If you wish to return any item, we must receive it within 10 days of our Return Authorisation confirmation being issued to you.
Upon satisfactory receipt of a return we will refund your payment as quickly as possible by the original payment method, no later than 10 days after we have received the returned goods. We will refund the original purchase amount less any applicable shipping or restocking fee.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have used the lowest cost method of postage available.
